Booking conditions

1. Reservation is valid only after receiving confirmation of your offer and advance payment of 30% of the price.
2. Customer may cancel the reservation in writing, by e-mail at info@ubytovanie-podbanske.sk, in person or over the phone.
3. Reservations will be canceled without charge if customer has notified Cottage Pohoda least 14 days before arrival.
4. Reservations will be canceled with a fee if the customer has notified Cottage Pohoda in less than 14 days before arrival (30% of the price).
